STANDARD SHIPPING
In stock orders ship via USPS or UPS (depending upon package dimensions) within 2 to 5 business days (depending upon time of year) and you will receive an email with tracking information. Generally USPS First Class Mail arrives within 2-8 business days depending upon your proximity to Colorado.
Orders over $200 are immediately upgraded to USPS Priority shipping (US only) with tracking and insurance.
I do not require signature on delivery unless you request this service prior to placing your order. Please contact me me to discuss this shipment option.
CUSTOM ART SHIPPING
Custom wall art orders have a 4-8 week turnaround once the purchase has been made or a deposit has been received depending upon the scale of the artwork. All custom made to order art details must be discussed prior to ordering. To discuss a custom piece, please contact me.
Once completed custom wall art ships via USPS or UPS depending upon size of packaged art within 2 to 5 business days and you will receive an email with tracking information.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
I take great care to package your glass with plenty of cushioning and use double wall boxes for shipping large wall art pieces. If a package arrives to you damaged, you must notify me within 48 hours of arrival. I will need several photos of the item in the packaging to file a claim with USPS or UPS. Please keep all packaging material for claim inspection. I will start the claim process and if a replacement piece is not possible, you will be issued a full refund.
If your package is lost or stolen upon delivery, it is most effective for you to contact the carrier directly.
RETURNS
Your 100% satisfaction with your purchase and purchasing experience is of the utmost importance. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions or concerns and we will work together to find a solution.
If you are not satisfied you must contact me within 7 days of delivery. Returns need to be approved, please contact me to obtain return authorization. Once approved you may return your item for a refund of your purchase price less outbound shipping costs, exchange or store credit. Buyers will pay for return shipping costs. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS ARE ISSUED AFTER ITEMS ARE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.
Any returned merchandise should be insured against loss and returned in its original container/bag/box, in a completely unaltered/undamaged state within 7 days of delivery for a refund of your purchase price less outbound shipping costs. Custom orders and items on sale are not eligible to return.
If you are shipping an approved return item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and tracking. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within five business days LESS outbound shipping costs.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.

REPAIR POLICY
If a piece breaks during the lifetime of the piece, please contact me about repairing it. If I am able to repair it, you may ship it to me and I will repair it for a minimal charge. The cost of the return postage or any missing parts will be your responsibility.
